Zubereitung
- Place oats into mixing bowl and grind 20 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place walnuts into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.
- Add 1 oz butter, 1 oz brown sugar, mixed seeds, cardamom and cinnamon and mix 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Place carrots into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add remaining 3.5 oz butter and melt 5 min/140°F/speed 1.
