A Thermomix combines a heated mixing bowl, a precision scale and 20+ cooking modes in one device. You add the ingredients, pick a recipe, and the machine weighs, chops, stirs, kneads, steams or cooks at the exact temperature and speed the recipe requires — telling you at each step what to add or do. There is no babysitting a pan: the TM7 runs the recipe.
Cook, steam, chop, knead, dough, whip, grind, mill, emulsify, caramelize, slow-cook and — new on the TM7 — sear and simmer with the lid open.
