Anzac Biscuits

Ingrediënten
- unsalted butter
- golden syrup
- bicarbonate of soda
- rolled oats
- plain flour
- light brown sugar
- desiccated coconut
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 160°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place butter and golden syrup in mixing bowl then heat 2 min/60°C/speed 2. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and blade with spatula then heat again 1 min/60°C/speed 2.
- Add bicarbonate of soda and mix 5 sec/speed 3.
- Add oats, flour, sugar and desiccated coconut then mix 10 sec//speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 10 sec//speed 4.
- Place approx. 30 small spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking trays and flatten to approx. Ø 5 cm, leaving space for biscuits to spread during baking.
