Ingrediënten

  • unsalted butter
  • fine sea salt
  • plain flour
  • baking powder
  • medium egg
  • onions
  • garlic clove
  • chicken breast fillets, skinless
  • red pepper

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place water, butter and salt in mixing bowl then heat 3 min/60°C/speed 2.
  2. Add plain flour, baking powder and egg then knead Dough /2 min. Tip out, shape into a ball, cover with reusable wrap or cling film, then chill in fridge for 3 hours. Meanwhile, clean and dry mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
  3. Place onions and garlic clove in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Add chicken breast fillets, red pepper and green olives then chop 4 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add olive oil, tomato purée, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt and black pepper then sauté 7 min/120°C//speed 1. Transfer to a bowl, set aside and allow to cool.
