Ingrediënten

- aubergines
- garlic clove
- onions
- vegetable oil
- ground cumin
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
Bereidingswijze
- Place water in mixing bowl. Place Varoma dish into position and weigh in aubergines. Cover and steam 15 min/Varoma/speed 1. Set Varoma aside and discard steaming water.
- Place garlic in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 8.
- Add onions and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add oil and cumin then, without measuring cup, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add reserved steamed aubergine, salt and pepper then chop 6 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 2 min/100°C/speed 3. Serve warm with your favourite Indian bread.
