Ingredients

  • milk
  • dried instant yeast
  • pau flour
  • salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. Place milk and dried instant yeast in mixing bowl, warm 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
  2. Add flour and ½ tsp salt, mix 10 sec/speed 4. Then knead Dough /1 min. Remove from the mixing bowl and divide the dough into 8 pieces of (approx. 50 g). Shape into balls and place in Thermomix® Nester. Place in Varoma tray and let it rest for 30 minutes. Clean mixing bowl.
  3. Place water mixing bowl. Place Varoma into position, steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Serve warm.
