Ingrediënten

  • red cabbage
  • white cabbage
  • cider vinegar
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • garlic cloves
  • groundnut oil
  • avocados
  • lime juice, freshly squeezed

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place red cabbage, white cabbage, vinegar, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 2-3 sec/speed 4.5 until roughly chopped. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Rinse and dry mixing bowl.
  2. Place garlic, coriander and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add avocados, lime juice and salt then blend 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides and lid of mixing bowl with spatula then blend again 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean mixing bowl.
  4. Place garlic, onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed .
  5. Add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, paprika, chilli powder, liquid smoke, cayenne, salt and pepper then simmer 10 min/100°C/speed 2. Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to packet instructions.
