- coriander seeds
- cumin seeds
- garam masala
- fine sea salt
- desiccated coconut
- blanched almonds
- garlic cloves
- fresh root ginger
- vegetable oil
- tomato purée
Bereidingswijze
- Place coriander seeds and cumin seeds in mixing bowl then toast 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Grind 30 sec/speed 8 then scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Grind again 30 sec/speed 8 until finely ground.
- Add garam masala, coconut, almonds and salt then mix 20 sec/speed 9.
- Add ginger, oil, tomato paste, chillies, garlic and fresh coriander then mix 30 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 20 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
