Beef-Ragout with Macaroni

Bereidingswijze
- Place garlic and rosemary in mixing bowl then chop 7 sec/speed 8.
- Add carrots, leeks, onions and oil then chop 20 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add flour, sprinkling it evenly over vegetables in mixing bowl, then sauté 5 min/100°C/speed 1. Meanwhile cook macaroni on hob according to packet instructions.
- Add beef mince, tomato purée, red wine, 1½ tsp salt and pepper then cook 10 min/100°C//speed 1.5.
- Add cream and heat 1 min/100°C//speed 1. Tip out into a serving bowl then add cooked and drained macaroni. Stir together then serve immediately.
