Beetroot and Halloumi Burgers

Ingrediënten
- bread
- tinned chickpeas
- cooked beetroot
- garlic clove
- fresh parsley
- ground cumin
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- medium egg
- red peppers
Bereidingswijze
- Place bread in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
- Place chickpeas, beetroot, garlic, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add egg and mix 10 sec/speed 3. Transfer to bowl with breadcrumbs and stir with spatula until combined.
- Shape mixture into 6 patties (approx. 110 g each, Ø 8 cm). Transfer to a plate, cover with cling film and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and prepare chilli jam.
- Place red peppers and chillies in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
