Ingrediënten

  • walnut halves
  • sesame seeds
  • cooked beetroot
  • cream cheese
  • garlic clove
  • bread
  • ground cumin
  • lemon juice
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place walnuts and sesame seeds in mixing bowl then toast 10 min/120°C/speed 1 then grind 12 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Blend 8 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl then blend again 8 sec/speed 8.
  3. Add beetroot, cream cheese, garlic, bread, ground cumin, lemon juice, salt and pepper then mix 15 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 15 sec/speed 8.
