Ingrediënten
- dark chocolate
- unsalted butter
- water
- caster sugar
- large eggs
- cocoa powder
- natural vanilla extract
- self-raising flour
- sour cream
- double cream
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 170°C then grease 2 springform tins (Ø 20 cm) and line bases with baking paper.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add butter and water then melt 2 min/80°C/speed 1.5.
- Add flour, sugar, sour cream, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla extract then mix 20 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 10 sec/speed 5.
- Divide cake batter between prepared tins and bake for 35-40 minutes (170°C) until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Meanwhile, clean and dry mixing bowl.
