  • light brown sugar
  • unsalted butter
  • ground cardamom
  • granulated sugar
  • lemon
  • unsalted butter
  • plain yoghurt
  • plain flour
  • large eggs

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
  2. Place flour, sugar, butter and cardamom in mixing bowl then grind Turbo/1.0 sec/3 times. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place 40 g sugar and lemon peel in mixing bowl then grind 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Add remaining 80 g sugar, butter and yoghurt then mix 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add flour, eggs and baking powder then mix 10 sec/speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
