Blood Orange and Campari Steamed Pudding

Ingrediënten
- blood orange
- pomegranate seeds
- honey
- Campari
- gin
- unsalted butter
- caster sugar
- natural vanilla extract
- medium eggs
- milk
Bereidingswijze
- Place butter, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl then mix 1 min/speed 4.
- Add eggs, milk and orange zest then mix 2 min/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add flour and baking powder then mix 1 min/speed 4. Transfer to prepared tin. Cover tin with greased baking paper (greased side down) and a layer of cling film on top then secure with kitchen string or an elastic band. Place in Varoma dish and cover with lid. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Place water in mixing bowl and place covered Varoma in position. Steam 60 min/Varoma//speed 1. Set Varoma aside and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Clean and dry mixing bowl. Continue with recipe.
- Place egg yolks, milk, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl then start Thicken /80°C. Transfer sauce to a serving dish and set aside.
