Ingrediënten

  • whole milk
  • fresh yeast
  • strong white bread flour
  • medium eggs
  • caster sugar
  • fine sea salt
  • butter, unsalted
  • sesame seeds

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place milk, fresh yeast, bread flour, 4 eggs, sugar and salt in mixing bowl and knead Dough /7 min.
  2. Add butter and knead Dough /2 min.
  3. Line a large baking tray with baking paper or silicone baking mat and set aside. Transfer dough to a lightly-floured surface and divide into 8 equal portions. Roll into smooth balls and place on prepared tray. Cover with cling film or a damp tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in size (approx. 1 hour).
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  5. Brush surface of rolls with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-15 minutes (180°C) or until dark golden brown. Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
