Ingrediënten

  • milk
  • fresh yeast
  • bread flour
  • eggs
  • sugar
  • salt
  • butter, unsalted
  • egg yolk

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place milk, fresh yeast, flour, 4 eggs, sugar and salt in mixing bowl and knead Dough /7 min.
  2. Add butter and knead a further Dough /2 min.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  4. Brush surface with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes (180°C) or until dark golden brown. Remove brioche from loaf tin and allow to cool on a cooling rack before slicing.
