Brown Rice Salad with Trout

Ingrediënten
- water
- fine sea salt
- brown rice
- fresh trout fillets, skinless
- honey
- Dijon mustard
- wholegrain mustard
- cider vinegar
- grapeseed oil
- rocket
Bereidingswijze
- Insert simmering basket. Place water and 1 tsp salt in mixing bowl. Weigh rice into simmering basket then cook 20 min/Varoma/speed 4.
- Place Varoma dish into position. Weigh trout into Varoma dish then cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 4. Set Varoma aside and leave trout to cool. Remove simmering basket with aid of spatula and transfer rice to a serving bowl to cool. Discard cooking water.
- Place honey, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, vinegar, oil and 1 tsp salt in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec//speed 6.
