Ingrediënten

- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh basil leaves
- fine sea salt
- dried oregano
- ground black pepper
- caster sugar (optional)
- dried instant yeast
- caster sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Place garlic in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add tomatoes, oil, basil, salt, oregano, pepper and caster sugar (if using) then blend 2 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl, cover with reusable wrap or cling film and place in fridge until ready to use. Clean mixing bowl.
- Line Varoma dish with greased baking paper, ensuring some holes remain uncovered for steam to circulate, then set aside.
- Place yeast, sugar, 300 g water, durum wheat flour, bread flour and salt in mixing bowl then knead Dough /2 min. Tip dough out and shape into a ball. Place dough in Varoma dish and cover Varoma.
- Place lemon juice remaining 250 g water in mixing bowl, place covered Varoma in position and start Fermentation /2 h/70°C. Remove Varoma and set aside.
