Ingrediënten
- self-raising flour
- caster sugar
- baking powder
- unsalted butter
- large eggs
- vanilla extract
- water
- raspberry jam
- icing sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 190°C and line 2 x 12 hole bun tins with paper fairy cake cases.
- Place flour, sugar and baking powder in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 4.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla extract and hot water then mix 15 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 10 sec/speed 4.
- Divide mixture between cases up to ⅔ full then bake for 12-14 minutes (170°C) until risen and golden.
- Leave in trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
