Ingrediënten
- unsalted butter
- medium eggs
- vanilla sugar
- caster sugar
- self-raising flour
- fine sea salt
- mascarpone
- white chocolate
- coloured sugar sprinkles
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a springform cake tin (Ø 22 cm) with baking paper.
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar in mixing bowl, heat 6 min/37°C/speed 4 then whisk 6 min/speed 4.
- Add flour and salt then mix 4 sec/speed 3. Remove butterfly whisk, scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix gently with spatula. Transfer to prepared tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes (180°C) until golden and a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Remove from oven and leave in tin to cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
- When cake has cooled, cut in pieces (approx. 4 cm). Place cake pieces in mixing bowl and grate 2 sec/speed 5.
