Carrot and Almond Casserole

Ingrediënten
- blanched almonds
- garlic clove
- onions
- carrots
- olive oil
- liquid vegetable stock
- fresh parsley
Bereidingswijze
- Place almonds in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place garlic, onions, carrots and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add 50 g hot stock then cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add reserved ground almonds, parsley and remaining 150 g stock then blend 30 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and blend again 20 sec/speed 9. Heat 3 min/90°C/speed 3 then leave to cool slightly. Check food is thoroughly cooked and puréed to a texture suitable for your baby before serving then transfer to a serving bowl. Check temperature is suitable for your baby before serving.
