Ingrediënten
- carrots
- wholemeal flour
- oat flakes
- golden syrup
- coconut oil
- desiccated coconut
- sultanas
- baking powder
- ground cinnamon
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Place carrots in mixing bowl and grate 6 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add flour, oats, syrup, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, sultanas, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and egg then mix 8 sec//speed 4.
- Place 2 heaped tablespoons of mixture on prepared baking tray, leaving 2 cm between each. Bake for 12-15 minutes (170°C) until lightly golden. Leave for 2 minutes on baking tray then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
