Ingredients
- rolled oats
- walnut halves
- mixed seeds
- ground cardamom
- ground cinnamon
- unsalted butter
- light brown sugar
- carrots
- plain flour
- medium eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place oats in mixing bowl and grind 20 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place walnuts in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.
- Add mixed seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, 30 g butter and 30 g sugar then mix 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to another clean bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Place carrots in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
