Ingredients

  • rolled oats
  • walnut halves
  • mixed seeds
  • ground cardamom
  • ground cinnamon
  • unsalted butter
  • light brown sugar
  • carrots
  • plain flour
  • medium eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place oats in mixing bowl and grind 20 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place walnuts in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.
  4. Add mixed seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, 30 g butter and 30 g sugar then mix 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to another clean bowl and refrigerate until needed.
  5. Place carrots in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
