Ingredients
- rolled oats
- halved walnuts
- mixed seeds
- ground cardamom
- ground cinnamon
- unsalted butter
- light brown sugar
- carrot
- plain flour
- eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place oats into mixing bowl and mill 20 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place walnuts and mixed seeds into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6.
- Add cardamom, cinnamon, 20 g of the butter and 30 g of the sugar, then mix 5 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a clean bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Place carrots into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
