Ingredients
- non-stick spray oil
- rolled oats
- walnuts, shelled, halved
- mixed seeds
- cardamom, ground
- cinnamon, ground
- butter, unsalted
- dark brown sugar
- carrots
- all purpose white flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place oats in mixing bowl and grind 20 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place walnuts in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.
- Add mixed seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, 30 g butter and 75 g dark brown sugar then mix 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to another clean bowl and set aside
- Place carrots in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
