Ingrediënten
- raw cashew nuts
- sunflower oil
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place cashew nuts on prepared baking tray and toast for 5-8 minutes (180°C) until light brown. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
- Place cooled cashew nuts in mixing bowl and grind 8 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add oil and salt then blend 30 sec/speed 6 until creamy. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Blend again 30 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and serve or place in an airtight jar and refrigerate until needed.
