Ingrediënten

  • butter, unsalted
  • plain biscuits
  • brown sugar
  • cream cheese
  • cream, min. 30% fat
  • caster sugar
  • vanilla sugar, homemade
  • eggs
  • egg yolk

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place butter in mixing bowl and melt 2 min/100°C/speed 1.
  2. Add biscuits and sugar and crush 10 sec/speed 7.
  3. Spread crumb mixture in base of prepared springform tin. Use a spoon or your hands to press crumb mixture down firmly to make a compact layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C and clean mixing bowl.
  5. Place cream cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
