Ingrediënten
- vanilla pod
- granulated sugar
- double cream
- sour cream
- cream cheese
- lemon juice
Bereidingswijze
- Place vanilla seeds and sugar in mixing bowl then grind 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Insert butterfly whisk. Add double cream and whisk 45 sec/speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add sour cream, cream cheese and lemon juice then mix 6 sec/speed 3. Remove butterfly whisk. Transfer to a shallow freezer-proof container (e.g. aluminium, silicone) and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- To serve, remove from freezer, tip frozen mixture out and cut into squares (3 cm). Place half the frozen ice cream pieces in mixing bowl, crush 20 sec/speed 6 then churn 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
- Place remaining frozen ice cream pieces in mixing bowl, crush 20 sec/speed 6 then churn 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to bowl with ice cream and serve immediately.
