Ingrediënten
- unsalted butter
- rice flour
- arrowroot flour
- cornflour
- sea salt
- xanthan gum
- egg
- cider vinegar
- water
- garlic cloves
Bereidingswijze
- Place rice flour, arrowroot, cornflour, sea salt and xanthan gum in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 4.
- Add butter and combine 10 sec/speed 6.
- Add egg, vinegar and water and mix 10 sec/speed 6, then knead Dough /30 sec.
- Transfer dough to a silicone baking mat or floured work surface and work into a tight ball. Wrap in cling film and place in fridge to chill for a minimum 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out ⅔ of the pastry between a silicone baking mat and a sheet of baking paper or between two sheets of baking paper into a circle (25 cm).
