Ingrediënten

  • unsalted butter
  • rice flour
  • arrowroot flour
  • cornflour
  • sea salt
  • xanthan gum
  • egg
  • cider vinegar
  • water
  • garlic cloves

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place rice flour, arrowroot, cornflour, sea salt and xanthan gum in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 4.
  2. Add butter and combine 10 sec/speed 6.
  3. Add egg, vinegar and water and mix 10 sec/speed 6, then knead Dough /30 sec.
  4. Transfer dough to a silicone baking mat or floured work surface and work into a tight ball. Wrap in cling film and place in fridge to chill for a minimum 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out ⅔ of the pastry between a silicone baking mat and a sheet of baking paper or between two sheets of baking paper into a circle (25 cm).
