Ingredients

  • peanuts, roasted, unsalted
  • canned chickpeas
  • fine oat flakes
  • vanilla whey protein powder
  • milk
  • dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place chickpeas, fine oat flakes, vanilla protein powder and milk in mixing bowl then mix 10 sec/speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add 60 g prepared chopped peanuts and mix 5 sec//speed 3. Finish mixing with spatula, then transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
  4. Place chocolate in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Melt 5 min/50°C/speed 2. Divide ⅔ melted chocolate between holes of Thermomix® Nester and gently shake to cover the insides of the holes. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, continue with recipe.
  5. Return mixing bowl with remaining chocolate to Thermomix® then warm 5 min/50°C/speed 2. Remove Thermomix® Nester from fridge and divide chickpea-protein-mixture between holes of Thermomix® Nester. Cover with a layer of remaining chocolate and sprinkle with remaining chopped peanuts. Place in fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
