Chocolate and Peanut Protein Bombs

Ingredients
- roasted peanuts, unsalted
- canned chickpeas
- old fashioned rolled oats
- whey protein powder, vanilla
- whole milk
- dark chocolate
Instructions
- Place peanuts into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place chickpeas, oats, vanilla protein powder and milk into mixing bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add 2 oz prepared chopped peanuts and mix 5 sec//speed 3. Finish mixing with spatula, then transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Place chocolate into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Melt 5 min/120°F/speed 2. Divide ⅔ melted chocolate between Thermomix® Nester cups and shake gently to coat the insides of the cups. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, continue with recipe.
- Return mixing bowl with remaining chocolate to position and heat 5 min/120°F/speed 2. Remove Thermomix® Nester from fridge. Shape chickpea mixture into balls, place one ball into each Thermomix® Nester cup and gently press down to flatten each top. Cover with a layer of remaining chocolate and sprinkle with remaining chopped peanuts. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
