Ingredients
- roasted unsalted peanuts
- canned chickpeas
- rolled oats
- whey protein powder, vanilla
- full cream milk
- dark chocolate
Instructions
- Place peanuts into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place chickpeas, oat, whey protein powder and milk into mixing bowl, then mix 10 sec/speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add 60 g of the reserved chopped peanuts and mix 5 sec//speed 3. Transfer to a separate bowl and set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Place chocolate into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then melt 5 min/50°C/speed 2. Divide ⅔ melted chocolate between holes of Thermomix® Nester and use a pastry brush to coat the insides of Nester holes. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, continue with the recipe.
- Place mixing bowl with remaining chocolate back into position, then warm 5 min/50°C/speed 2. Remove Nester from freezer and divide chickpea mixture between holes. Cover with a layer of remaining melted chocolate and sprinkle with remaining chopped peanuts. Place in fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
