Ingrediënten
- caster sugar
- unsalted butter
- vanilla extract
- baking powder
- fine sea salt
- egg yolks
- plain flour
- dark chocolate
- caster sugar
- double cream
Bereidingswijze
- Line base of a springform tin (Ø 20 cm, see tip) with baking paper.
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10.
- Add butter and vanilla extract then mix 20 sec/speed 4.
- Add baking powder, salt, egg yolks and flour then mix 10 sec/speed 3. Transfer to prepared tin. With wet hands, press dough down evenly into tin then place in freezer for 20 minutes (or in fridge for 2 hours).
- Towards the end of this time, preheat oven to 150°C. Bake pastry base for 30-35 minutes (150°C) until lightly golden. Leave in tin to cool completely before continuing with recipe.
