Ingrediënten

  • unsalted butter
  • golden caster sugar
  • dark chocolate
  • plain flour
  • large eggs
  • egg yolk
  • cocoa powder (optional)

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C and grease 6 ramekins (7.5 cm x 4 cm) then set aside.
  2. Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 25 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place chocolate and butter in mixing bowl then chop Turbo/1.0 sec/2 times. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then melt 2 min/50°C/speed 1. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl again then melt 30 sec/50°C/speed 2.
  4. Add flour, reserved icing sugar, eggs and egg yolk then mix 15 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and mix again 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to prepared ramekins and bake 13 minutes (230°C). Remove from oven, dust with cocoa powder (if using) and serve immediately while warm and centres are still molten.
