Ingrediënten

  • hazelnuts, blanched
  • dark chocolate
  • unsalted butter
  • large eggs
  • caster sugar
  • plain flour
  • double cream
  • mixed fresh red berries

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease and line base of a cake tin (Ø 20 cm) with baking paper.
  2. Place hazelnuts and chocolate in mixing bowl then grind 10 sec/speed 9.
  3. Add butter and chop 10 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Insert butterfly whisk. Add eggs and sugar then whisk 5 min/speed 3. Remove butterfly whisk. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add flour and mix 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and mix again 5 sec/speed 4. Transfer mixture to prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes (170°C) until outside is firm and middle is just set (there should be slight movement in the middle). Allow to cool completely in tin before removing to a serving plate. Serve cold with double cream and fresh berries.
