Ingrediënten
- dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- double cream
- unsalted butter
- caster sugar
- blanched almonds
- cornflour
- cocoa powder
- egg whites
Bereidingswijze
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 15 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add cream and melt 4 min/50°C/speed 1.
- Add butter and mix 15 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Wash and dry mixing bowl.
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 15 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place almonds in mixing bowl and grind 20 sec/speed 10.
