Chocolate Salami

Ingrediënten
- caster sugar
- rich tea biscuits
- hazelnuts
- pistachio nuts, unsalted, shelled
- dark chocolate
- milk chocolate
- coconut oil
- icing sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind to icing sugar 15 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Place biscuits in mixing bowl and chop 6 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place hazelnuts and pistachios in mixing bowl then chop 6 sec/speed 5. Transfer to bowl with biscuits.
- Place dark chocolate, milk chocolate and coconut oil in mixing bowl then melt 3 min/50°C/speed 2. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and melt again 2 min/50°C/speed 2.
- Add reserved chopped nuts and biscuits then mix 20 sec//speed 2. Transfer to a shallow bowl and chill in fridge for 45 minutes until mixture is firmer.
