Bereidingswijze
- Line a square baking tin (20 cm) with baking paper.
- Place biscuits and 50 g Maltesers® in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place chocolate, butter and syrup in mixing bowl then melt 5 min/40°C/speed 1, stopping to scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula if needed.
- Add remaining 110 g Maltesers® and reserved crushed biscuit mixture then mix 30 sec//speed 2.5.
- Place chocolate, butter and syrup in mixing bowl then melt 3 min/50°C/speed 3. Pour over biscuit base and spread evenly with spatula.
