Ingrediënten
- extra virgin olive oil
- dried instant yeast
- sugar
- water
- strong white bread flour
- pasta flour
- fine sea salt
- fine semolina
Bereidingswijze
- Place yeast, sugar and 370 g water in mixing bowl then mix 20 sec/speed 2.
- Add bread flour and knead Dough /1 min.
- Add pasta flour and salt then knead Dough /3 min. Tip out and shape into a ball. Place in prepared Varoma dish then cover Varoma.
- Place remaining 250 g water in mixing bowl, place covered Varoma into position and start Fermentation /2 h/40°C. Towards the end of this time, preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes (200°C), then turn oven temperature down to 180°C and bake for a further 10-15 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving in slices or halved horizontally for sandwiches.
