Ingredients
- gelatine powder
- water
- strawberry
- sugar
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- gelatine powder

- white chocolate
- coconut milk
- cream, min. 30% fat
Instructions
- Place water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in mixing bowl, blend 15 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add reserved bloomed gelatin mixture, heat 4 min/90°C/speed 2. Transfer strawberry filling into Thermomix® Nester holes evenly. Leave it to cool slightly, then keep in freezer (approx. 30 minutes) to set. Clean mixing bowl.
- Place water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl, crush 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
