Ingredients

  • gelatine powder
  • water
  • strawberry
  • sugar
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • gelatine powder
  • water
  • white chocolate
  • coconut milk
  • cream, min. 30% fat

Instructions

  1. Place water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Place strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in mixing bowl, blend 15 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add reserved bloomed gelatin mixture, heat 4 min/90°C/speed 2. Transfer strawberry filling into Thermomix® Nester holes evenly. Leave it to cool slightly, then keep in freezer (approx. 30 minutes) to set. Clean mixing bowl.
  4. Place water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.
  5. Place chocolate in mixing bowl, crush 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
