Ingrediënten
- unsalted butter
- lard
- fine sea salt
- strong white bread flour
- water
- onions
- beef skirt
- swede
- potatoes
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Place flour, butter, lard and salt in mixing bowl then mix 15 sec/speed 4.
- Add water and mix 10 sec/speed 4 then knead Dough /3 min. Tip out and form into a flattened ball. Wrap in reusable wrap or cling film and place in fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make filling.
- Place onions in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Tip out into a bowl and set aside.
- Place beef in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec//speed 7. Transfer to bowl with chopped onions.
- Preheat oven to 160°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
