Ingrediënten

  • Cheddar cheese
  • garlic clove
  • fresh rosemary leaves
  • onions
  • carrots
  • olive oil
  • beef mince
  • button mushrooms
  • beef stock cube (for 0.5 l)
  • water

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place Cheddar in mixing bowl and grate 5 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place garlic, rosemary, onions, carrots and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 5 min/90°C/speed 1.
  3. Add beef mince and, with simmering basket in place of measuring cup, sauté 5 min/100°C//speed 1. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Add mushrooms, beef stock cube, water, tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper then, with simmering basket in place of measuring cup, cook 20 min/100°C//speed .
  5. Season to taste then transfer to a baking dish (approx. 25 cm x 20 cm). Cover and set aside to keep warm. Clean mixing bowl.
