Ingrediënten
- Cheddar cheese
- garlic clove
- fresh rosemary leaves
- onions
- carrots
- olive oil
- beef mince
- button mushrooms
- beef stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- water
Bereidingswijze
- Place Cheddar in mixing bowl and grate 5 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place garlic, rosemary, onions, carrots and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 5 min/90°C/speed 1.
- Add beef mince and, with simmering basket in place of measuring cup, sauté 5 min/100°C//speed 1. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add mushrooms, beef stock cube, water, tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper then, with simmering basket in place of measuring cup, cook 20 min/100°C//speed .
- Season to taste then transfer to a baking dish (approx. 25 cm x 20 cm). Cover and set aside to keep warm. Clean mixing bowl.
