- onions
- leeks
- potatoes
- fresh thyme leaves
- dried marjoram
- water
- vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
Bereidingswijze
- Place oil, onions, leeks and potatoes in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add thyme, marjoram and asparagus stalks then cook 6 min/100°C/speed 1. Remove simmering basket, insert measuring cup then blend 1 min/speed 9.
- Add water, vegetable stock cube, salt and pepper then cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, separate asparagus tips from asparagus stalks then cut stalks in pieces (3 cm).
- Add asparagus tips and cook 2 min/100°C//speed 1. Serve hot garnished with chives and a swirl of cream.
