Ingrediënten
- chestnut mushrooms
- fresh button mushrooms
- garlic cloves
- onions
- olive oil
- fresh thyme
- fine sea salt
- mushroom stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- boiling water
- cornflour
Bereidingswijze
- Place chestnut mushrooms and button mushrooms in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place garlic, onions and olive oil in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add thyme and reserved chopped mushrooms then cook 10 min/100°C//speed 2.
- Add salt, mushroom stock, boiling water and cornflour mixture then cook 10 min/110°C//speed 2.
- Add soya milk, garlic powder and pepper, cook 10 min/100°C//speed 2 then blend 1 min/speed 5-10, increasing speed gradually. Scrape down lid and sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
