Ingrediënten

  • chestnut mushrooms
  • fresh button mushrooms
  • garlic cloves
  • onions
  • olive oil
  • fresh thyme
  • fine sea salt
  • mushroom stock cube (for 0.5 l)
  • boiling water
  • cornflour

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place chestnut mushrooms and button mushrooms in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place garlic, onions and olive oil in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
  3. Add thyme and reserved chopped mushrooms then cook 10 min/100°C//speed 2.
  4. Add salt, mushroom stock, boiling water and cornflour mixture then cook 10 min/110°C//speed 2.
  5. Add soya milk, garlic powder and pepper, cook 10 min/100°C//speed 2 then blend 1 min/speed 5-10, increasing speed gradually. Scrape down lid and sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
