Bereidingswijze
- Place olive oil, plain flour, onions, carrots, garlic cloves, Dijon mustard and thyme leaves in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula
- Sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add potatoes, water, chicken stock paste, salt and ground pepper and cook 12 min/100°C//speed .
- Add chicken breast and cook 10 min/100°C//speed .
- Add cream and cook 2 min/100°C//speed . Serve hot, garnished with fresh thyme leaves.
