  • onions
  • carrots
  • garlic cloves
  • Dijon mustard
  • fresh thyme leaves
  • waxy potatoes
  • water
  • chicken stock paste, homemade

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place olive oil, plain flour, onions, carrots, garlic cloves, Dijon mustard and thyme leaves in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula
  2. Sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add potatoes, water, chicken stock paste, salt and ground pepper and cook 12 min/100°C//speed .
  4. Add chicken breast and cook 10 min/100°C//speed .
  5. Add cream and cook 2 min/100°C//speed . Serve hot, garnished with fresh thyme leaves.
