Ingrediënten

  • Scamorza cheese
  • pecorino
  • onion
  • celery
  • carrot
  • olive oil
  • butternut squash
  • water
  • vegetable stock cubes (for 0.5 l each)
  • ground cinnamon

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place Scamorza and pecorino in mixing bowl then chop 10 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place onion, celery, carrot and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 2.
  3. Add squash, water, vegetable stock, cinnamon and pepper then mix 10 sec/speed 5. Cook 15 min/110°C/speed 1.
  4. Add pasta and cook  Open Cooking/4 min/100°C. Gently press pasta down with your hands or spatula. Cook 9 min/100°C//speed 1. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in mixing bowl. Transfer to a serving dish and serve sprinkled with reserved grated cheeses.
