Ingrediënten
- white bread, slightly stale
- water
- large eggs
- fine sea salt
- light soy sauce
- light brown sugar
- ground ginger
- garlic powder
- water, hot
- cornflour
Bereidingswijze
- Place bread in mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Place 1000 g water in mixing bowl and start Kettle /100°C.
- Add eggs and start Open Cooking/25 min/70°C. Remove eggs from mixing bowl and set aside.
- Crack each egg very carefully onto the plate with breadcrumbs and season with salt. Very carefully, completely cover each egg with breadcrumbs and leave to rest for 30-60 minutes until they form a crust. Meanwhile continue with recipe.
