Curry chicken quiche
This delicious curry chicken quiche combines succulent skinless chicken thighs, aromatic curry powder, and rich Parmesan cheese. Ingredients
- plain flour
- unsalted butter
- water
- sea salt
- onion
- garlic cloves
- olive oil
- skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- curry powder
- salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut 8 pieces of baking paper to line Thermomix® Nester, then set prepared baking paper aside
- Place flour, butter, water and salt into mixing bowl, then mix 20 sec/speed 4. Transfer to silicone baking mat and shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out pastry to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut 8 circles using a round cookie cutter (10 cm), then line Thermomix® Nester with pastry circles and press down. Prick each pastry base with a fork, then line with prepared baking paper and fill with pie weights, rice or dried beans.
- Bake on middle rack of oven for 15 minutes (180°C). Remove baking paper (and pie weights, rice or dried beans) and bake pastry for a further 5 minutes (180°C). Set aside.
- Place onion and garlic into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
