Custard Layers

Ingrediënten
- milk
- sugar
- natural vanilla extract
- large eggs
- cornflour
- milk chocolate
- cocoa powder
Bereidingswijze
- Place milk, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and cornflour in mixing bowl, mix 10 sec/speed 5 then cook 7 min/90°C/speed 3.
- Mix 5 sec/speed 6 then carefully pour half the custard into 4 dessert glasses (250 ml each).
- Add chocolate and cocoa to remaining custard in mixing bowl then mix 20 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then stir 5 min/speed 2.
- Pour chocolate custard very gently over vanilla custard, cool to room temperature (30-45 minutes) then chill in fridge (see tip). Cover with reusable wrap or cling film as soon as they are cold (after approx. 1 hour in the fridge). Serve chilled.
