Ingrediënten

- large eggs
- caster sugar
- milk
- natural vanilla extract
- plain flour
- baking powder
- fine sea salt
- unsalted butter
- light brown sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease and line base of a rectangular baking tin (approx. 30 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm).
- Place butter in mixing bowl and melt 2 min 30 sec/80°C/speed 1. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place eggs and sugar in mixing bowl then whisk 5 min/speed 3.
- Add milk, reserved melted butter and vanilla extract then mix 4 sec/speed 3.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt then mix 20 sec/speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 10 sec/speed 3. Remove butterfly whisk. Transfer to prepared tin then bake for 22-25 minutes (190°C) until golden. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make topping.
